The passion Scott brings to the table is moving! He cares for our generation and it shows with his classes. Not only is he a detective and he has the most amazing job in the world (in my opinion) he is also educating the public about keeping our young children safe while on the internet. He is a blessing to many! He was to me tonight! I loved how he didn’t make the kids (teens) feel bad, he instead said that even though some things are hard and embarrassing to talk about, we as their parents would help them get through it! I will never forget that! Because it’s so important that our kids know that they can trust and talk to their parents. Tonight was absolutely amazing. Great information with people that care! Do you care? If so attend one of his classes!

Thank you! On the way home, my son and I were talking about your presentation. He said he’s heard other presentations on that topic, but he really liked the way that you presented it. He thought that it was entertaining and he said it kept his attention. It definitely opened up some more conversations between him and me.

I highly recommend attending this presentation with your kids. It was amazing to watch the surprise in the kids eyes when they realized the dangers on the web.

Every parent and their child should attend this class! This is such an eye opening presentation to parents and our kids. Scott did an online safety presentation to a group of my daughter’s middle school friends and their parents. It’s unbelievable how much our girls have seen, known of, or have heard about in regards to many of the topics that he discusses. To actually hear the girls discuss how much online sexting is going on at their school is absolutely mind blowing and scary! It makes such a difference to have our girls hear from someone other than their parents, how easily their safety or “online reputation” can be affected by a simple post, picture, etc. Also, to actually see pictures and hear real scenarios of how predators “groom” girls and boys using specific apps. You want to think and believe that this would never happen to your child or that your child would never do something like this. However, the reality is that it easily could happen or happen to someone they know. This informative and interactive presentation has taught me to be proactive, to stay on top of who my daughter is talking to, and to keep the lines of communication open regarding her use of the internet without her feeling like she’s going to get in trouble. Thank you Scott for sharing such necessary information and to help keep our kids safe!

Attended this presentation with a group mostly of 6th grade boys but also some a bit older and some girls too along with parents. I was amazed how much these young kids already knew about different apps I’d never heard of along with the common ones our kids are using to talk to their friends and STRANGERS. It’s so easy for them to get caught up in it all that this needs open dialogue and the dangers needs to be an open topic. It’s a great interactive presentation. Highly encourage you to check it out.
